Database Rights
As a company, we invest a significant amount of effort into acquiring and maintaining our research data and information. A Better Child use extensive qualitative research programmes which can be a very timely process and is therefore a valuable element to our work. This data and information is protected by database rights.
Copyright
A Better Child products, research reports and its website contain materials which are owned by or used by permission to A Better Child. This material includes the content of surveys, photographic images, music, video recordings and computer software, and they are protected international copyright laws. The reproduction, re-distribution or otherwise making available of this material or any part thereof by any means including but not limited to digital duplication and storage equipment or devices is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised copying of this material without the applicable licence is a criminal offence and may give rise to a claim for damages.
Trademarks The A Better Child name and the A Better Child logo is a registered trademark of A Better Child Ltd and they are protected by trademark laws and international copyright laws. The unauthorised use of the A Better Child name and/or logo without expressed written permission or the applicable third party license is strictly prohibited.
A Better Child does not endorse or support the use of the A Better Child name or logo on any product or material without prior written notice. It is a criminal offence to use the A Better Child trademark on any such product or material. 'Developing The Leader Within Them' is also a trademark of A Better Child.
Media and Press For media and press use, A Better Child allows the use of our logo and brief extracts taken from our research reports for review purposes only. All other commercial and non-commercial purposes are strictly prohibited.
